With 2025 just around the corner Lazer and Picnic PostNL, formerly Team dsm-firmenich PostNL, are delighted to announce their new partnership that will result in Lazer being the new helmet provider for the upcoming road cycling season.

A partnership between both is not unfamiliar, Lazer is a familiar face to the team and is tightly linked with long-standing partner Shimano.

The professional riders of Team Picnic PostNL competing at UCI World Tour level for men and women, as well as the development team at UCI Continental level, will be protected by the new Lazer Z1 KinetiCore, Vento KinetiCore for optimal aerodynamic performance and the Lazer time trial helmet Volante KinetiCore.

In competitive racing environments, where every millisecond matters, Lazer provides new cutting-edge technology to provide lightweight, comfortable, aerodynamic but comfortable helmets. Needed for the long gruelling tours and races the team will undertake.

Team Picnic Post NL Head of Science, Narelle Neumann said: “Professional cycling demands continual improvements in materials to optimise aerodynamics, weight, and comfort to perform at the highest levels and in all conditions. Through this new partnership we will maintain our position as a frontrunner on the technical aspect of cycling”

Both are looking forward to the successful partnership where both are striving to pursue their dreams, help athletes to pursue their dreams and inspire other to pursue their dreams.

Managing Director at Lazer, Peter Duynslaeger said: “We are excited for what the future brings in the coming years and look forward to continue improving our road segment with the feedback from the world class athletes.”
