Madison and Sportline is pleased to confirm that not only was iceBike* 2025 one of the most positive shows it has ever hosted, it also was are cord year and registrations and attendees.
The annual trade show was once again held across two iconic cycling venues at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester and the and the Lee Valley Velopark in London, with both shows exceeding expectations in all areas.
Thursday’s show in London was iceBike*’s most attended day on record with over 800 people in the track centre engaging with brand representatives across the entire Madison and Sportline portfolio. Aside from brands and products, the Business Services Area once again proved popular and the seminars were as busy as they have ever been. The State of the Industry Panel at both venues was especially busy with not a spare seat in the house.
Madison would like to share its thanks to all individuals who joined the panel at he shows Shimano Europe President Marc van Rooij, Park ToolCEO Eric Hawkins, Elite Sales Manager Peter Lago, Bikeability CEO Emily Cherry, Basil Export Manager Robert Scholten, Jonathan Harrison from ACT, Peter Eland from the Bicycle Association, Joyriders CEO Mariam Draaijer and of course Madison’s very own CEO Dominic Langan.
Madison CEO Dominic Langan, said “The atmosphere throughout the show was incredibly positive, and there’s a real sense that the UK and Irish cycling industries are starting to fight back. Encouragingly, 78% of those who registered actually attended—our best turnout yet. On a personal note, I was approached by more customers than ever before who wanted to tell me how much they value Madison, our staff, and the brands we represent. That kind of feedback is humbling, and it’s a testament to the strength of our partnerships.”
In addition, Dominic Langan had this message for customers and suppliers: “Your support, enthusiasm, and collaboration are what make iceBike*such a success. We couldn’t do it without you and we look forward to continuing to build on this momentum together.”
Manon Sessink, Sales Manager at Basil B.V. said “Teaming up with Madison UK this year and being part of the most successful iceBike* in 18 years, resulted in a great re-entrance in the UK and Irish market for Basil/MIK, combined with meeting and talking with so many enthusiastic retailers!”
